I'm sure you will all agree. There is nothing more tragic than a shooting in an elementary school. I cried when I heard the news of the shooting in Connecticut.
I hope every parent hugged their children tonight. I know I wanted to hug every one of them at my school today.

Such a senseless tradgedy...my heart breaks for the families in Newtown. I cannot even begin to imagine the terrible grief of losing a child; so horribly sad. Our thoughts and prayers will remain with these families through the holiday season and beyond.
